With an overwhelming 83% of the vote in the 2006 election, Hilda L. Solis was re-elected to the United States House of Representatives by the people of the 32nd Congressional District. First elected to Congress in 2000, Hilda has quickly established herself as a dominant force in Washington, DC, and a major player both within the Democratic Party and on Capitol Hill.
